Another milestone for Samsung but even more it is another important milestone for Google's Android platform for smartphones. Samsung has announced that it 3 million Galaxy-S series smartphones sold in the US market. If you remember, then it was only on August 30 2010, we came to know that Samsung 1 million mark in this reached handset series. It shows how quickly expands the Smartphone market in the United States. Chief Marketing Officer Paul Golden told Reuters, "are in a situation where we wish we had more supply."Of course the comparison has to come with the iPhone 4 g and perhaps know that 3 million in sales in the first 3 weeks had iPhone 4 G. So, Samsung Galaxy S is series smartphone nowhere near iPhone 4 g. Samsung Galaxy S not an important advantage over iPhone as it has however on only a telecommunication operator in the US market like iPhone is limited. Google has more than Samsung, every reason to celebrate as the popularity of Galaxy S series phones evidence of this is that many consumers are comfortable with the Android platform.
