Digital distraction is not the problem but obesity

In the modern age, most children and teenagers boys and girls to gadgets and modern technology are getting hooked. School children now have mobile phones, laptops and many of you spend a substantial part of your day either Twitting messages from your mobile phone or check your status on Facebook. Also spend much time watch videos in sites like YouTube. This digital shredding waste much time for young people.
