It is true that we have in our busy modern life to manage too many accounts and are always messages in various email and even Messenger, Facebook and Twitter all the time. So, yet there is no universal inbox but I personally find Gamil is still the best. Twitter has a problem and that is, it is yet to be a generally accepted means of communication. If I want to send message to someone, I prefer not Twitter, because the other person may or may not have Twitter. On the other hand, all of us have an e-Mail can be it's Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail, but we have. There is hardly anyone who doesn't have an e-Mail address at this age. Therefore, if I send an email from my Google mail box to a user of Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo mail then you easily get it and you can reply me easily. Facebook has also similar kind of problem. Facebook is based more on the idea of friends and connections. If you find with someone then you are that person in the first place in Facebook connected can be a problem. Still, if we talk to someone, we give you our Facebook ID immediately. However, we leave nothing, our e-Mail address everywhere. In short, I really feel that Gmail and Yahoo mail as the most popular Inbox will be for a few years. May be not the universal inbox but nevertheless are much better than Facebook and Twitter.
