Asus Eee PC 1005HA-EU1X is now available only for $198. It is a special offer from Walmart which is now available only for the American users. No doubt, many people in the US would rush for it, given its jaw-dropping price tag.
It has all the typical features of a netbook. It comes with a 10-inch display with 1,024 x 600 resolution and is powered by Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor. The netbook also features 1GB of memory and 160GB of storage. Moreover, it provides N-series Wi-Fi 802.11 for networking, compared to many other netbooks that provides G-series Wi-Fi. However, the only problem is that it features a 3-cell battery which means you can not get huge back up on the go. Moreover, it does not features Windows 7, instead it runs on Windows XP operating system. Well, still it seems to be a very good deal considering its price tag. It may not need all of your needs, but you can have this one as a back up of your laptop. The bad news is that I saw the netbook had been out of stock online.
