A number of HP and Toshiba netbooks will be featuring the new Atom processors from Intel. These Atom processors will be compatible with DDR3 Ram, and thus, enhancing the machine efficiency. Intel Atom processors are already popular among the netbook makers and it seems that the new Atom processors could make its way to low-end notebook markets too. It is expected that the new Atom processors will be available in the market this summer.
HP and Toshiba are going to feature this new processor in their products very soon. HP would come up with a Mini 210 netbook featuring 1.6GHz Atom N455 processor. It will have GMA 3150 graphics, 1BG of memory and 250GB of storage. The 10.1-inch netbook will run on Windows 7 Starter edition. Toshiba will be shipping NB305-10F which would boast of Atom N455 processor. Besides, the netbook will also feature 1GB of DDR3 1066MHz memory. Both the HP and Toshiba netbooks will be priced at around €350. Well, you may think that the price is a bit higher for netbook, but you can not forget thefact that the netbooks will feature DDR3 Ram which ensures improved functionality. Related article:techspot
